We have the legal authority under New York State Regulations to ship wines out of the state. As it is impossible for us to research the regulations in all 50 states, it is up to the purchaser to determine that he or she is not in violation of their own state's regulations regarding the importation of wines. We ship all our wines in unmarked boxes for security purposes. Title to all wine purchases passes to the purchaser at our premises in Queens, New York.

The collective work includes works that are licensed to PHOENIX SPIRITS INC. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with PHOENIX SPIRITS INC. You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, download and print portions of the material from the different areas of the site solely for your own non-commercial use, or to place an order with PHOENIX SPIRITS INC. Limitation of Liability

Shipping/Delivery Restrictions
By ordering from us you are representing that you are at least 21 years of age and that the person to whom it is being shipped is also at least 21 years of age. An adult signature will be required upon delivery. UPS will require a photo ID for age verification before making the delivery. Title to, and ownership of the wine/spirits you order passes from PHOENIX SPIRITS INC. to you as soon as it leaves our doors; it is up to you to know the relevant laws in your state.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
Orders placed with Liquor $ Wine Warehouse are expected to ship within four business days, though we make every effort to ship your order earlier. If you expect your overnight order to be shipped on the same day, please contact us before placing the order at info@lwwarehouse.com to confirm.
An adult recipient's signature is required for all packages. Due to FAA regulations, we are unable to provide overnight shipping for items that contain 70% ABV or higher.
We do not ship on weekends or government holidays, though sometimes we do process orders at night and on weekends. If you receive a "Shipping Confirmation" email from us after 5PM EST or on a weekend or holiday, it means we have processed and packed your order, but the carrier will ship it on the next business day.
All orders where the billing and shipping addresses do not match, including gift purchases, will require additional time for credit card authorization. We are not able to accept credit cards for international transactions.
In Store Pickups
Most In-Store Pickup orders are ready within one business day. You will receive an email from us when your order is ready to be picked up. Our store hours are as follows:
Monday - Thursday 10:00AM - 9:00 PM
Friday 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM
Saturday 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM
Sunday 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Refund Policy
Please contact us by phone or email before attempting a return. All refund requests must be called in within 20 days of the delivery date. If you suspect the product is spoiled, please put the cork back in and return the bottle to us with the wine or spirit still in it. We can't take back any empty bottles.
If we send you the wrong product, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a pickup and/or refund.
If you wish to return the product for any other reason, please contact us to arrange sending it back to our store. We will issue a refund less two-way shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee. All returned items must be in as NEW condition with all packaging/foil/seals, etc., completely undamaged in order to receive any refund.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, PHOENIX SPIRITS INC. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. PHOENIX SPIRITS INC. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, PHOENIX SPIRITS INC. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount so charged.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by PHOENIX SPIRITS INC. without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

PHOENIX SPIRITS INC. may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to PHOENIX SPIRITS INC.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a PHOENIX SPIRITS INC. or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PHOENIX SPIRITS INC., its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, PHOENIX SPIRITS INC. may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with PHOENIX SPIRITS INC., PHOENIX SPIRITS INC. has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of PHOENIX SPIRITS INC..
